Reason
1.Excessive sun exposure
For sure,vitamin D from the sunlight is essential for bone density,immunity,muscle strength and even for healing some skin issues.Hut an excessive exposure to sunlight may lead to aging of yours skin.UV exposure seems to be responsible for 80% of visible facial aging signs.Sun damage affects all layers of your skin.Facial sun damage is significantly correlated with how old people look for their age.Even studies states that identical twins with a significant difference in sun exposure have a perceived age difference of over 5 or 6 years!!!
2.Smoking

5.Staying dehydrated
The best way to show your love to your skin is to drink lots and lots of water and stay hydrated. Don’t ever mess up with dry skin and dehydrated skin. Dry skin is a skin type and dehydrated skin is a state of your skin which doesn’t have enough moisture. Skin cells use water as nourishment to revitalize and renew. If it doesn’t happen your skin might fall into aging.So, be a water melon!!!
6.Stress and insufficient sleep
While you are sleeping,your body’s hydration rebalances.Not getting enough sleep leads to poor water balance. And hence develops dark circles and wrinkles around your eyes. These dark circles,eye bags,wrinkles,skin rashes and acnes can be also caused by a high level of stress.
7.Genetics
Aging of skin is hard to prevent when it comes to hereditary.Only 10 percentage or less premature aging is adapted from genetics. And also you can control it to some extent by giving proper care like facial yoga.

1.Prevention by SPF
Sunscreens are generally formulated with organic and inorganic active ingredients that helps to protect your skin by reflecting the sun rays or by releasing the heat formed by the adsorption of sunlight on the outer layers of your skin.
Both are working on the prevention sun damage by acting as a barrier between your skin and sun. So girls...don’t ever skip your SPF.
2.Switch your unhealthy food habits
You can replace all the refined carbs with healthy alternative. For example,use brown sugar instead of refined sugar.You may try some almond or soy milk instant of regular diary products.
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables especially your greens.
3.Feed your skin
Stay hydrated,I would say be a watermelon 😁 And stick on a good moisturizer that suits your skin so that it will help to lock the moisture in your skin. Drink looooooooots of water and you are done! See your skin say thanks to you.
4.Remove makeup before sleep
Use a good cleanser and plenty of water,clean your face,apply some moisturizer and you are ready to sleep. How much late you may be never sleep with your makeup on.
5.Be gentle on skin
I’ve seen many of the girls (yes,men also) rub their wet face with a bath towel. Stop doing that....it’s your face! Practice to pat dry your face and see the difference.
